“I believe in people’s potential, our ability to achieve goals, and the right to do so while working through difficulties that life can give. I also believe it is a team effort, overall health takes community. Community includes us and those in our environment outside our home to help us maintain good health. I’m client-centered and meet you where you are. I practice with anti-racism, social justice, and inclusion frameworks. I have training in CBT, IPT, MI, IPV, Trauma, Crisis management, & LGBTQIA+ mental health.”
