What is Integrative Therapy?
Therapy, (psychotherapy) is a process through which clients work e with a therapist to explore feelings, beliefs, and/or behaviors. Clients typically work through past challenges, identify aspects of their lives they would like to improve, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change. People seek therapy for various reasons, from coping with major life challenges, trauma, to decreasing negative mental health symptoms, and personal growth.
